Portishead railway: Could line reopen to public?

A public consultation into the reopening of the Portishead to Bristol railway is due to close.

Local councils are expected to sign off £6m for the project, which will unlock further government funding.

The line closed to passengers more than 50 years ago, but it is hoped stations at Portishead and Pill could open by 2021.
