Lorry driver on M4 spotted using two phones at wheel

The driver of a 44-tonne lorry has been fined £200 after being caught driving on the motorway while using two mobile phones at once.

Avon & Somerset Police filmed the driver in the cab of a large goods vehicle driving along a stretch of the M4 heading eastbound between J17 and J18.

The driver was filmed as part of Operation Tramline, an ongoing effort to monitor dangerous driving.
