Minecraft convention complaints after long Peterborough queues
Angry parents of Minecraft gamers took to social media to complain about "awful" queues at an unofficial convention.
MineVention took place at the Peterborough Arena on Saturday to give fans the chance to meet star players and play games.
But dozens of people who said they spent hours queuing to speak to famous players have demanded refunds.
Organisers of the event said they are "truly genuinely sorry", adding a new queuing system will be implemented in future.
A BBC online reader, who attended with his son, shot footage of the queues around the arena.
