On patrol with a Peterborough team hoping to end rough sleeping
A man who had been sleeping in his car for up to three weeks was among those helped by a team aiming to tackle homelessness.
Peterborough City Council's rough sleeper outreach workers actively search for individuals needing help.
The BBC joined them on patrol.
