How painkillers led Jay Anson to live like an addict

Jay Anson has been taking opiate painkillers since he broke his back 25 years ago.

But they can lead to tolerance and addiction as Mr Anson, from Cornwall, has found to his cost.

Now he has been persuaded by his doctor to try and get off the drugs.
