Seals serenaded by classical flautist in Cornwall

Poorly seals have been serenaded by a classical flautist to help them relax.

The casualties at The Cornish Seal Sanctuary in Gweek, Cornwall, have been given a festive treat in the form of professional musician Claire Rowe.

Sanctuary curator Tamara Cooper said the music makes the seals much calmer and less vocal - and has had a particularly positive effect on blind seals.
