Film celebrates life of 91-year-old climber Gwen Moffat
A pioneering female climber is finding new acclaim at the age of 91 with the release of a film about her life.
Gwen Moffat has now retired to Eamont Bridge in Cumbria and has been a crime writer since the 1970s.
But in her former life she became Britain's first female climbing guide, starting out climbing in bare feet.
Yorkshire climber Claire Carter and her friend Jen Randall have made Operation Moffat, a short film inspired by her autobiography Space Below My Feet.
