Historic village house to be leased by National Trust
After nine generations of Wright family members looking after Eyam Hall in Derbyshire, it is being handed over to the National Trust.
Couple Robert and Nicola Wright have been running it as a wedding venue and for visitors but now plan to retire.
Jenny Aldridge from the National Trust said: "It is the first time the National Trust has leased a property from the owners and hopefully it is going to be an amazing opportunity and everybody will benefit - the visitor, the National Trust, the Wright family and the villagers."
