Tributes paid to children killed in Derby house fire

Tributes have been paid to the six children killed in Derby when their parents started a fire in their home.

Mick and Mairead Philpott, and their friend Paul Mosley, were found guilty at Nottingham Crown Court on Tuesday of six counts of manslaughter.

Jade Philpott, 10, John, nine, Jack, eight, Jesse, six, and Jayden, five, died on the morning of the fire on 11 May 2012.

Mrs Philpott's son from a previous relationship, 13-year-old Duwayne, died later in hospital.

Tributes to the youngsters were led by older brother Richard Philpott.
