Two thirds of Derbyshire's tanning salons 'breaking laws'
Derbyshire trading standards has revealed two thirds of tanning salons in the county are breaking the legal ultraviolet ray limits on sunbeds.
Inspectors visited 32 salons in September and October last year and revealed 21 were not compliant with new rules introduced in 2009.
Richard Taylour from trading standards said businesses were being given time to "make things right" otherwise beds would be confiscated.
