Media scrum as naked mountain accused appear at court

Dozen of journalists scrambled to catch a glimpse of a group of backpackers as they arrived at court accused of taking nude photos on a sacred mountain.

Eleanor Hawkins from Derbyshire is among those charged with stripping on Mount Kinabalu.

The BBC's Jennifer Pak said Miss Hawkins and a Canadian woman covered their faces as they arrived at Kota Kinabalu Magistrates' Court.

The four admitted a charge under the penal code section 294a causing public disturbance for stripping.
