Parkour team celebrates dedicated course in Nottingham

Participants in parkour have celebrated the UK's recognition of it as a sport as a purpose-built course opens.

Also known as freerunning, parkour is described as "the non-competitive physical discipline of training to move freely over and through any terrain using only the abilities of the body".

The team in Nottingham say they hope the dedicated course - and parkour becoming an official sport - will help raise its profile and attract new members.
