Exeter students as dementia volunteers

More than 160 students at the University of Exeter have volunteered to help those with dementia.

The students talk and read to those with the disease helping to entertain them and bring back memories.

Earlier this month the government announced it wanted to create one million 'dementia friends' who can identify the symptoms of dementia and support those with the illness.
