HMS Enterprise crew back in Plymouth after nine months

The Royal Navy survey ship HMS Enterprise has returned to Plymouth after a nine-month deployment to the Middle East.

During their time away, the crew surveyed more than 1,200 sq km of seabed, which is the equivalent of 170,000 football pitches.

HMS Enterprise was built at Appledore in Devon and launched on 2 May 2002.
