Legal highs warning for Torbay GPs

Health bosses have written to GPs in Torbay after five teenagers were admitted to hospital in separate incidents involving legal highs.

One of the teenagers suffered a stroke, while another had to be treated in intensive care.

Torbay's director of public health has described it as a "worrying" trend.
