The captain of a ship with nowhere to go

The captain of one of the cruise ships anchored off the coast of Devon has given a tour of the empty vessel.

Four ships are currently stationed off the coast of Torbay, with nowhere to go while the Covid-19 pandemic continues.

Captain of the Nieuw Statendam, Noel O’Driscoll, has just 99 staff maintaining a ship which would usually have thousands on board.
