Devon teacher: 'I can't find anywhere to live'

Secondary school English teacher Stephen Humphreys says he cannot find anywhere to live that is affordable to buy or available to rent in Barnstaple, Devon.

He is staying with his mum and dad as he struggles to find somewhere for him and his partner to live.

An estate agent in the town says demand is exceeding supply due to a strong local market and people resettling in the South West.
