Monaco Yacht Show attracts South Coast marine companies

Some marine companies on the South Coast opted for the Monaco Yacht Show rather than the Southampton Boat Show at the weekend as the two events clashed.

Heirlooms linen company of Bognor Regis, West Sussex, is among the companies and described the Monaco show as "important".

It said 80% of its customers were abroad which is why it had chosen to exhibit at Monte Carlo docks.
