Olympic torch relay thrill for Olympian Mark Foster
Olympic swimmer Mark Foster said carrying the torch through Southend had been "amazing".
The torch left Ipswich on Day 49 of the relay and headed to Colchester before it continued on to Maldon and Southend.
It was heading on to Basildon, Grays and Brentwood before completing Friday's leg at Hylands Park in Chelmsford.
