Harlow's new M11 junction plans revealed

Plans for a new junction on the M11 at Harlow have been unveiled by Essex County Council.

The town's Conservative MP Robert Halfon said it was desperately needed because gridlock is choking economic growth.

The consultation runs until 31 January.
