Cheltenham mother plans 6,000-mile walk in memory of daughter
A mother whose five-year-old daughter contracted a rare illness and died just before Christmas is about to embark on a 6,000-mile (8,047km) memorial walk.
Natalia Spencer's daughter Elizabeth had been struck with a condition called HLH, Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, which sent her immune system into overdrive.
She died after 17 days fighting the illness at Bristol Children's Hospital.
Mrs Spencer, from Cheltenham, wants to raise £100,000 for the hospital, as BBC Points West's Steve Knibbs reports.
