The pop-up shop near Cirencester making prom affordable
A pop-up shop has been set up near Cirencester full of pre-loved prom dresses.
Hannah Coles, 21, decided to set up the scheme after her own experience of prom and seeing how expensive it was.
It offers teenagers a chance to get their dream dress for a fraction of the price.
