Scheme aims to helps breastfeeding mums in Eastleigh

A Hampshire council has signed up to a scheme to help new mothers feel more comfortable when breastfeeding in public.

Eastleigh Borough Council is the first authority in the county to join the Breastfeeding Welcome scheme.

Businesses that have signed up display a sticker in their window to indicate they will do what they can to make breastfeeding mothers feel welcome.
