Oriana passengers criticise cruise ship norovirus response

Passengers on a luxury cruise where illness struck have returned to Southampton, with some criticising the handling of the outbreak.

More than 400 passengers on board the P&O liner Oriana came down with norovirus on a 10-night Baltic cruise.

The company has apologised to passengers who were affected by the outbreak.

The liner will be subject to extra cleaning in port before it sets sail later for a 23-night cruise to the Mediterranean.
