Father's Spider-Man surprise video for son goes viral

A video of a terminally ill boy getting a special birthday surprise from a real life Spider-Man has gone viral on the internet.

The superhero jumped from the roof of the family home in Basingstoke, Hampshire, to greet a stunned Jayden Wilson and wished him a happy 5th birthday.

It was later revealed Jayden's father Mike, who had "nipped to the shops" during the surprise visit, was in fact behind the mask.

Jayden was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour last year.
