Titanic theme park builders visit Southampton
The Chinese builders of a life-size model of the Titanic attended the ship's annual conference in Southampton to speak to relatives of survivors and victims.
The model - which will be based in southwest China - will be part of a £1.2bn theme park and features a simulated iceberg crash.
Jean Legg - who attended the conference, which commemorates the historical disaster - said her father, a survivor, would be "turning in his grave" if he knew about the ride.
But Shaojun Su said the story had captivated many Chinese people and the ride would be respectful to the memory of the dead.
