Young women in Southampton encouraged to work in Stem

Young women are being empowered to consider a career in science, technology, engineering and maths (Stem).

Currently just 14% of the UK's Stem workforce is female.

The Monster Confidence event, hosted by social enterprise Stemettes, was looking to provide confidence, inspiration and guidance to women between 15 and 22 years old who want to get involved in the sector.
