Abandoned horses reach 'crisis point', say charities
Charities are warning the number of abandoned horses in the Midlands is reaching critical levels.
Rescue centres say irresponsible breeders and rising costs are behind a surge in the number of animals being neglected.
The RSPCA wants tighter controls to keep track of owners.
