A schoolboy from East Yorkshire has begun a campaign to have the founder of the Football Association recognised in his home city of Hull.

Oliver Harsley, 15, from Cottingham, wants a monument built to honour Ebenezer Cobb Morley, who was born in Hull and is credited with writing the first laws of football.
