Historic Hull WW1 trawler may return to city
A World War One steam trawler which lies on an island in the South Atlantic might be brought back to its home city of Hull.
The rusting remains of the Viola lie on a beach 7,750 miles away on the island of South Georgia.
Now, Hull City Council is supporting a campaign to return and restore the ship as a tourist attraction.
BBC Look North's Jo Makel talked to University of Hull historian Dr Robb Robinson and marine consultant John Simpson about the project.
