Kent mother pleads for specialist help for 'violent' son

A Folkestone mother is renewing her appeal to Kent County Council for her son to be allowed the help she says he needs to cope with his behavioural problems.

Jackie Sinnott says her son, Brandon, who has ADHD and autism, needs specialist help with his education.

She says the 11-year-old can be violent at school and at home but has repeatedly been denied the statement of special needs that would give him access to the right help.
