Natasha Lambert sails across the Channel by mouth

Natasha Lambert, who is 16 and has cerebral palsy, has sailed solo across the Channel using just her mouth to control her boat.

By blowing and sucking into a straw in her helmet she was able to steer the boat to port and starboard.

She made the 25-mile crossing in less than five hours.
