Queen's Baton Relay visits Kent

The Queen's Baton Relay has visited Kent with less than two months to go until the opening of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

The baton started the day in Tonbridge with Kent's double Olympic gold medallist Dame Kelly Holmes, and then moved on to Dartford, Herne Bay and Folkestone, before ending the day at County Hall in Maidstone.

BBC reporter Neil Bell said the organisers wanted to maintain the enthusiasm for sport that was generated by London 2012 and get as many people involved as possible.
