Medway primary schools bottom of Ofsted league table

Medway is at the bottom of an Ofsted league table for the number of pupils going to primary schools rated good or outstanding.

Nationally more than 80% of primary schools achieve the top two ratings, but in Medway the figure is 53% - a drop of 6% since last year.

In Medway, 84% of secondary schools were rated good or outstanding by the education watchdog.
