Kent littergram app creator in row over app name
Lawyers for Instagram, owned by Facebook, have insisted a smartphone app called littergram is re-named.
The app invites people to share pictures of litter and report the location to their council.
In a letter, Instagram's lawyers Bristows said the name littergram is "not acceptable" as it relies on social media.
Its owner Danny Lucas, from Wrotham, Kent, has sent Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg a video asking him not to "kill" his project.
