Struck-off doctor filmed breaking rules with botox treatments

A doctor struck off the medical register, has been filmed breaking medical rules with botox treatments.

Michael Sheill runs private clinics across the south east. Nine years ago he was caught prescribing banned slimming pills and failing to properly examine patients so was struck off.

During secret filming by a BBC reporter, he performed a consultation without a registered medic being present - contravening regulations.

However a director of his clinics maintains they are "fully compliant with legal requirements".
