Covid: Tourists head to Blackpool and Portugal as restrictions are eased
As of Monday, hotels, hostels and B&Bs can reopen in England and people are allowed to travel to a select few countries for leisure.
The changes have seen Blackpool's hoteliers welcome back tourists, while other holidaymakers have flown away to sunnier scenes.
One of the destinations on the so-called green list is Portugal, and people were heading there from Manchester Airport.
