Bradford's last synagogue gets financial lifeline
Bradford's last remaining synagogue, which was threatened with closure due to a decline in members, has been given a financial lifeline.
Businesses and community groups, including the Bradford Council for Mosques, have worked with the council to raise money for the Grade II listed building.
But work is still needed to secure the synagogue's long-term future.
The synagogue on Bowland Street, Manningham, was founded in 1880.
