Bradford traffic queue parking ticket apology

A council has apologised for issuing a parking ticket to a man who was in a queue of traffic.

Victor Hankins's car was filmed waiting at a bus stop in Bradford by a mobile parking enforcement van. He was in a line of vehicles waiting for a traffic light to change.

Bradford Council admitted its mistake and cancelled the fine after Mr Hankins complained.
