'Bike library' scheme launches in Leeds
A scheme which allows children to borrow bikes has been launched in Leeds.
Donated cycles are repaired and loaned to young people at the Fearnville Bike Hub in the east of the city.
It is the first of 20 planned bike libraries across Yorkshire, in honour of the county hosting last year's Tour de France.
