Fire ravages Freeston Academy in Normanton on GCSE day
A school where pupils were gathered waiting to collect their GCSE results was engulfed in flames on Thursday morning.
West Yorkshire Fire Service said half of the building was ablaze at the Freeston Academy in Normanton, near Wakefield.
The blaze, which broke out on the first floor of the building.
