Barlow's 'Yorkshire' song inspired by Burnsall trip
Gary Barlow and and lifelong friend Tim Firth have been speaking to BBC Look North about their new song 'Yorkshire.'
The song takes its inspiration from a weekend trip they took to Burnsall in the Yorkshire Dales earlier this year.
'Yorkshire' is the opening song of their play 'The Girls,' which premieres at Leeds Grand Theatre on Saturday.
The play is inspired by the true story of Yorkshire's Calendar Girls - a group of ordinary women from Rylstone Women's Institute who achieved something extraordinary.
Gary Barlow and Tim Firth grew up in the same village in North Yorkshire and have been friends for 25 years.
