Police are at the house of a man who was shot dead

Armed police are outside the house of a man who was shot dead by officers in Huddersfield on Monday.

Yassar Yaqub. 27, of Rudding Street, Huddersfield, was killed during an operation on a slip road at junction 24 of the M62 at Ainley Top, Huddersfield.

Police are believed to have searched Mr Yaqub's home but have said the operation was not terrorism-related.
