Huddersfield primary school takes part in lockdown training

Schools need a coherent strategy for lockdown procedures in case of a dangerous event taking place on their premises, a teaching union has said.

Reinwood Junior School in Huddersfield is one of several in West Yorkshire which carries out lockdown drills, with seminars taking place across the county to help provide guidance to teachers.
