The secret to a happy life shared by 110-year-old

One of the country's oldest people has just celebrated her 110th birthday.

Margaret Hammond, from Wakefield in West Yorkshire, was born the year the Titanic sank and has lived through two world wars and two pandemics.

When asked about how she felt on the big day, she responded by saying: "Old."

The 110-year-old now has eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
