Leeds Rhinos star Kevin Sinfield begins new ultra-marathon challenge
Rugby league star Kevin Sinfield has embarked on his fourth challenge to raise money to support people affected by motor neurone disease (MND).
The 7 in 7 in 7 Challenge will see the former Leeds Rhinos player run an ultra-marathon every day for seven days in seven cities in December.
Since his ex-Leeds teammate Rob Burrow was diagnosed with the condition in 2019, Sinfield has raised millions for MND charities.
On Friday, the 43-year-old started the challenge at the Rhinos' Headingly stadium with a run to York Minster.
