Rutland rower Outen on her 'frightening' solo Pacific record attempt

Rutland adventurer Sarah Outen has been speaking about her "frightening" experience in the North Pacific after she was hit by high waves and rough weather.

Her comments came in a podcast sent from her boat Gulliver off the coast of Japan.

She was rescued on Friday by the Japanese coastguard after sending a distress signal.
