Hosting Rugby World Cup will be a 'boost' for Leicester

Leicester's King Power stadium has been chosen as one of the 13 venues to host the Rugby World Cup in 2015.

Susan Whelan, Leicester City chief executive, said the decision would see the "whole city involved" and "great plans" would be unveiled in the coming months.

Sir Peter Soulsby, mayor of Leicester added: "We are going to have a very exciting menu of games. I think it is a great boost for sport in Leicester and a great boost for the city's economy."
