Prayers held for five people who died in Leicester
About 600 people, of different faiths, have come together at Leicester's Al-Falah mosque to remember 20-year-old Antoin Akpom, who was stabbed in the city last week, and the family who died in a house fire in Spinney Hills on Friday.
Dr Muhammad Taufiq Al Sattar paid tribute to his wife, Shehnila Taufiq, and three children, Zainab, 19, Bilal, 17, and Jamal, 15, who were killed in the fire.
Mr Akpom's uncle, Ronny Akpom, also spoke.
Other religious and community leaders and the city's mayor Sir Peter Soulsby also attended.
