Court battle for King Richard III's remains to be buried in Leicester

A judicial review will be held on Tuesday on the final resting place for the remains of King Richard III.

Professor Mark Thompson from Leicester University says archaeologists were only given permission to dig by the council on the basis that if the king's remains were found they would be reinterred in Leicester.

The Plantagenet Alliance has called for a reburial in York because of Richard's connections with the city and the north of England.
